When the installation team started to put in our Jacuzzi walk-in tub, I told them that they can cut the pipes and cap them off then get the water back on as soon as possible and they did that. I also told them that I'd like to know when they have the old one stripped out so I can find where to mount anything into if I want to and they did that for me, too. Both the installers of the tub did a wonderful job and the installation didn't do any damage to any walls. The electrician also had done a wonderful job with changing out the service but has not gotten paid, so far.
Theodore of Park City, KSMy relatives had a cheaper model of Jacuzzi and they said that whatever I do, if I'm gonna buy one, buy a Jacuzzi. My experience has been good so far. The installer was a fella named Ted who did a really good job. But I had to apologize to Ted as I got him messed up. I sent the check to Colorado when I should have given it to him when it got done. But it got paid for. I like the tub's hot water and the bubbles and jets. I'm getting old and beat up, so it really makes me feel good. It takes care of some aches and pains. But the air control doesn't seem to respond and I run out of hot water but we’re gonna fix that. The plumbers are coming in the next few days to put me in a tank-less heater, so we won’t run out of hot water. Besides that, it’s a good piece of equipment. It's expensive but it'll make the house be worth a little more.
Loren of Ellsworth, KSThere was one of those corner garden tubs in the house that I bought and I tried it for about nine months and it wasn’t working out for me. So, I knew I had to go do something different. I started a process of looking at all the walk-in tubs and I probably put in an internet search. I looked at about five manufacturers and Jacuzzi was one of them. I liked the price and the salesman was local to the area. I read a lot of online reviews also. The rep was good and by the time he showed up, I had already gone through about five different pictures. So, the rep was one of the last ones and I already had a lot of information. The pitch was not a forma kinda thing. He told me what he could do. One of the other things was that they changed parts where you could do Epsom salts without problems to the pump and the hardware and that was an extra added benefit.
